急性胰腺炎是一种常见的消化系统疾病,其中重症急性胰腺炎治疗难度大且死亡率高,尚需进行大量临床研究。急性胰腺炎的诊治过程会产生大量的临床数据,而不同医疗中心的数据存在很大的异质性,这增加了临床研究的难度。因此,一个能够对真实世界数据实施结构化统一管理的单病种多中心数据平台将会成为一个提升急性胰腺炎相关临床研究的质量及进度的理想工具。该平台包含以下内容:临床数据的前结构化设定、数据录入/导入方式的设定、基于特征标记的同质病例检索功能、以诊治场景重现为特征的数据输出模式、数据安全及脱敏方式的设定、数据共享及利用方式的设定、随机对照试验(RCT)模块的搭载等。急性胰腺炎多中心临床数据管理平台的使用让医疗中心在急性胰腺炎的诊治和研究中获得了安全精准、结构统一、追溯可行、场景清晰、功能齐全的真实世界医疗数据,并且在开展多中心、高质量、多任务的临床研究的同时,实现了临床诊治及医师培训质量的提升。
